Postage and Packaging

Individual postage and packaging pricing has been added to each item.  If you are purchasing multiple items on the site, please contact us beforehand and we will arrange a reduction in your postage costs, where possible. A Gift Wrap service is available on most of our products. Gifts will be beautifully presented in silver gift paper and burgendy ribbon.

Various Craft Items / Book Sets - Upto 5 Working Days

Various Craft Items - Upto 2 Working days.

Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will always endeavour to send your item to you as soon as possible.

Payment

 To purchase anything from the website simply put the item in your shopping basket by clicking the button.  When you have finished shopping, click the proceed to checkout button and you will be directed to the secure website 'Paypal' where you can pay simply and quickly using your Paypal account.

Please don't worry if you don't have a Paypal account, you can also pay using a debit or credit card at the Paypal Website by entering your details when promted.  Postage and packaging is automatically added onto your order.

We welcome International orders ( EU Only.)  Please contact us first in order to obtain the postal rates for your country / area.

You can also send Postal orders or cheques made payable to Gillian Taylor.   Our address is  1 Connaught Close, Summerfields, Wilmslow. Cheshire.  SK9 2QS.  Please remember to add postage to the total.  Please also include a list of the items you wish to purchase, quoting the title of the item as they  appear on the website along with any other personalisation details ( if applicable )  and your contact telephone number.
